Project consisted of renovations and an addition to the existing Specialty Care Center in Stratford, NJ. Construction of this 3-story steel structure included a brick and curtain wall façade, a 3-story glass atrium with pyramid skylight to connect the existing and new buildings. High end finish with custom casework, drywall and acoustical ceilings, sprinklers, new mechanical, electrical and plumbing.
Site work included parking area reconfiguration.
