The project focused on the roofing systems serving both the original Exhibit Hall and the Historic Train Shed—a century-old structure recognized as a National Historic Landmark and listed on the State and National Registers of Historic Places. The scope required upgrading critical structural and waterproofing components while preserving the building’s historic character.
