RCINJ PARKING & CENTRAL UTILITY PLANT

975-SPACE PUBLIC PARKING STRUCTURE TOGETHER WITH A CENTRAL UTILITY PLANT AND UNDERGROUND LOADING ACCESS FOR THE CANCER CENTER

JINGOLI is constructing a parking garage that will accommodate over 900 cars and a central utility plant built in the lower echelons of the parking garage. Additionally, the scope of work includes building fully functional electric charging stations for electric vehicles.

JINGOLI will be developing a central utility plant which will also include combined heating and cooling-powered facility as a source of electricity and thermal. The expected power output will be enough to generate power during emergencies in the community. The plant will be able to operate independently off-grid, thanks to renewable energy.

The underground level of the parking garage will accommodate deliveries, trash and removal, additionally having a fully stocked material management area for staff to utilize.
