The site for the new casino was located on a capped landfill. All of the sewer and most of the storm and water were installed in 5 to 15 feet of landfill material, which was hauled to on-site berms. Utilities, structures and headwalls had to be installed on piles and concrete pile caps to counteract primary and secondary settlement. These utilities included:
- 4,600 LF of Sanitary Sewer Pipe, with 25 Manholes
- 14,800 LF of Storm Pipe, with 150 Structures
- 1,800 LF of Telephone Duct Bank
- 10,250 LF of 20” and 8” Water Main and Fire Lines
- 27,000 LF of Elec. Site Lighting Conduit with Poles & Bases
- 3,000 LF of Misc. Sleeves for future pipe installations
