LIMERICK GENERATING STATION

JINGOLI has performed work at the Limerick Generating Station, a nuclear power plant, in Pottstown, PA. JINGOLI’s continued success at other nuclear facilities performing security upgrades led to work at the facility. JINGOLI was selected to build Limerick’s Independent Spent Fuel Storage (ISFSI) facility, a large concrete foundation and pad to house modules of its spent fuel casks. Also, JINGOLI built from the ground up two Commercial Buildings in preparation for the ISFSI project; one a Heavy Hauler Transport Facility(for hauler & tugger of spent fuel casks) the other building is a Maintenance Muster building for future refueling shutdowns.

JINGOLI performed over 15 major building renovations for the nuclear facility. Also, JINGOLI acted on a Consulting Basis to create action plans, prepare work scopes, provide estimates & schedules, and manage the work on various improvement projects for Limerick. Protected Area projects performed:

• Independent Spent Fuel Storage (ISFSI) facility, including demolition of existing buildings, mass excavation, over 4,100 CY of
  concrete placement, and utility relocations
• 4,000 SF and 8,500 SF Commercial Buildings, including utility tie ins, concrete foundations, building erection, steel, and MEP
• Facility Security Upgrades and Modifications
• Limerick Paving Projects; over $1.5M covering 10 parking lots and road surfaces
• ISFSI Barrier installations and security fencing and gates at various locations throughout the facility
• Roof Replacements at Radiological Protection Muster Area Bldg (included structural repair and interior space repairs due to water
  damage), GML Annex Building, Hot Shop, GML Building and Annex Renovations: 2nd Floor Offices, 4th Floor Force on Force Space,
• Kitchen, 1st Floor Maintenance and Mechanical Spaces
• Library Renovations, Security Access and Security Computer Building Renovations, and Plumbing Evaluations
  and Repairs in 4 Buildings
• Concrete Encase Security Doors
• Underground Utility Relocation
