JINGOLI constructed a 135,000-square-foot, six-story student residence hall for Stockton University following the demolition of the former Eldredge Building. The new facility, located at Atlantic and Providence Avenues in the university district, established a modern student housing campus. 

The completed dormitory provides 416 beds along with lounge areas, meeting rooms, and laundry facilities. Residents also have access to an adjacent parking garage for personal vehicles.
