ROWAN COLLEGE OF BUSINESS

The Rowan College of Business project consisted of a new four-story, L-shaped academic facility located along Route 322 adjacent to Westby Hall. The completed building expanded the college’s capacity to support enrollment growth to approximately 2,000 students. 

The facility includes lecture halls, classrooms, seminar and distance learning spaces, computer labs, study areas, a financial trading lounge, and collaborative environments designed to support project-based learning. The building also features 16 classrooms, 7 conference rooms, 10 specialty spaces, 15 administrative offices, and 70 faculty offices.
