The project consisted of a new 100,000-square-foot, three-story independent senior living facility. The complete building provides 100 residential units, including 90 single-occupancy units and 10 two-bedroom units, along with a range of shared amenities such as a columned lobby, two lounges, a conservatory, and meeting rooms. 

Construction was successfully completed within a 12-month schedule.
