JINGOLI is providing extensive Project Management Services for the Delaware River Joint Toll Bridge Commission. The projects include:

Trenton-Morrisville (TM): Complete environmental abatement and demolition of the existing TM Administration Building, service yard, maintenance garage and maintenance buildings. Construction of a new 17,624 SF Demarcation and Operations building with new connections to the toll plaza areas and relocation of the Commission’s Primary Control Center from the NJSP Division Headquarters campus to this building. Construction of a new 9,000 SF vehicle storage building with shop areas. Reconstruction of the service yard area will include removal of existing USTs.

Langhorne: New construction of a 44,500 SF Vehicle Maintenance Building including offices, locker rooms, lunch and meeting rooms, vehicle maintenance bays with lifts and overhead lubricant dispensing systems, vehicle and equipment storage bays, a wash bay and a welding bay. Construction of a new 7,000 SF salt storage building, a brine station, a magnesium-chloride dispensing station, and fuel station. As an unimproved site the project includes grading, paving, storm water management, new utilities, and a new drive way across from Big Oak Road through existing wetlands.

At New Hope: Install a new fueling station at the existing fuel island and new fleet management system integrated into the Commission’s existing Fleet Management System (Gasboy).
