COOPER MEDICAL SCHOOL OF ROWAN UNIVERSITY

The Cooper Medical School is located at the corner of Broad and Benson Streets (Block 190) in Camden, NJ, is a seven-level, 200,000 square foot building. At the start of the project, JINGOLI demolished existing structures and constructed the seven-level facility. The building includes an auditorium, student center/learning commons, research and education laboratories, a vivarium, gross anatomy labs, and office spaces. The project is LEED Gold Certified, a goal established by the Camden County Improvement Authority.
