BORGATA NORTH CASINO EXPANSION

In 2004, Joseph Jingoli & Son (JJS) was awarded the Borgata North Casino Expansion Project. The site work included excavation, grading and installation of over 700 concrete filled steel pipe piles. The piles were installed in an existing landfill. Therefore, JJS was responsible for the segregation and maintenance of clean spoils and landfill trash spoils. The spoil piles were maintained in accordance with DEP regulations and eventually placed and covered with clean material to create landscape effects. In addition, JJS relocated over 200 feet of 36-inch diameter storm pipe and 42-inch diameter storm pipe. All of the existing pre-cast concrete structures were modified and custom clean-outs were installed to accommodate the new gambling space.
