JINGOLI provided complete Pre-Construction and Construction Management services for the addition and mechanical renovation of the 23,000 SF Historical Union County Arts Center.

This project includes complete removal of the existing and installed new HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems in the historical building. These tasks provided unique challenges such as removal and preservation of the seating to allow for an under-ground concrete HVAC duct bank, protection of the historic pipe organ, and repair of ornate plaster finishes.

The project also included a multi-level, 7,600 SF addition which provides new dressing, office and bathroom areas as well as an elevator for ADA compliance. The configuration and style of the addition presented unique challenges in attempting to maintain and preserve the historical appearance of the building.
