CHESTER COUNTY JUSTICE CENTER

The New Chester County Justice Center was a multi-prime, phased project that included a new 7-story, 407,000 Square Foot courthouse facility and a 7-level, 493 space parking garage. First, the parking garage was constructed, and the project also included a ground-level bus depot for SEPTA and other public transportation entities. The courthouse facility consists of 18 courtrooms with administrative facilities and a sally port.

The project was designed to blend with the original architecture of downtown West Chester and included a complete reconstruction of the Market Street area. JINGOLI provided whole Project and Construction Management services through the design and construction phases.
