975-SPACE PUBLIC PARKING STRUCTURE TOGETHER WITH A CENTRAL UTILITY PLANT AND UNDERGROUND LOADING ACCESS FOR THE CANCER CENTER

JINGOLI completed the construction of a parking garage accommodating over 900 vehicles, which also houses a central utility plant located within the lower levels of the structure. The completed project includes electric vehicle charging stations integrated throughout the facility. 

The central utility plant was delivered as a combined heating and cooling facility providing electrical and thermal energy, with the capability to support emergency power needs for the surrounding community. The system was designed for resilient operation, including the ability to function independently with renewable energy integration. 

The lower level of the garage was also completed to support service operations, including delivery access, trash and removal areas, and a dedicated materials management space for facility staff.
