MCS, on behalf of NBS, designed, built, owns, and operates solar panel arrays in 10 locations throughout the City of New Brunswick, including parking garages, schools, plants, and other facilities owned by the City of New Brunswick. DCO Energy executed the project as the Solar Integrator / EPC Contractor and implemented a mixture of the ground, roof, and structural canopy mounted arrays.

Energy will be sold to the Consortium members for 15 years under the terms of a Power Purchase Agreement. The MCS solar panel arrays generate 3 MW of energy and result in an energy savings of over 20% for the City.
