The New Brunswick Demonstration school was a new 400,000 square foot construction on a 26-acre site in New Brunswick that can fit up to 2,000 students.
The building is two, three-story educational “pods” separated by a central core structure housing indoor athletic facilities, gymnasium, and other shared community spaces with an administrative area.
