DTEC PLANT SERVICES – BAHA MAR

DTEC Plant Services LTD, a DCO subsidiary, has been selected to manage the maintenance and operations of the Chilled Water Plant (CWP) and emergency backup generator, which will provide cooling of air conditioning systems for the entire Baha Mar property.

The facility provides 9,800 tons of chilled water for the entire site. DTEC will also manage emergency power generation when there is an interruption of electric service from the Bahamas Electricity Corporation (BEC).

Also, DTEC Plant Services will manage the extraction and injection wells that support chilled water production.
