JINGOLI provided construction management services for a unique building where police and fire jointly share the same location. It is one of the only two in all of New Jersey that have this amenity all in one place.
The original fire house was rebuilt in a modern but well-placed aesthetic look to blend in like it was always part of the town. Each floor provided different amenities. The first floor has five bays for the fire company, a cell block for the police department, a booking area, and offices. The second story provides living quarters and a kitchen for on-duty firefighters as well as a fitness area, assembly space, and offices. The third floor offers additional office space for the police department and storage.
The new scope of work includes bathroom facilities, integrated training sections for both departments, and a bell tower which also had been a prominent component of the original Collingswood fire house. The bell was donated by the Collingswood First United Methodist Church.
The parking lot was also nonexistent, the new parking lot was created to assist in the coming and goings of both departments.
