The development occupied approximately 20 acres directly south of the Benjamin Franklin Bridge in Camden, New Jersey. The completed master plan—developed by Liberty Property Trust in collaboration with Robert A.M. Stern Architects—delivered a transformational mixed-use waterfront district consisting of approximately 1.44 million square feet of office space, along with hotel and residential components. The office program included build-to-suit opportunities designed to support corporate tenants seeking ownership and long-term growth within the region.
The broader Camden waterfront redevelopment attracted more than $1 billion in investment and contributed to over $1.5 billion in additional development either completed, underway, or planned, supported in part by economic incentive programs such as Grow NJ. The area experienced significant revitalization, including major corporate and institutional investments such as the Philadelphia 76ers training facility and Subaru of America headquarters consolidation, reinforcing the waterfront as a key economic hub.
