MONTGOMERY COUNTY CORRECTIONAL FACILITY

JINGOLI provided construction management services for the project’s design and construction phases. Scope of work included a 58,000 SF building consisting of a 512 Bed Capacity Work Release Facility, and an 20,000 SF Administration Building with a Sally Port. The housing buildings consist of four structures incorporating a one-story dayroom and a two-story dormitory housing wing with dorms flanking restroom utilities. The General Contractor established the foundation structure in modular units off-site and installed them with the housing manufacturer to ensure the project was kept on schedule.

Work also included related site development, storm drainage, tying in new sanitary sewer lines to existing lines, and extending existing utility services from the existing facility to the new addition.

JINGOLI with our team of Czop/Spector successfully managed the project from inception to project closeout within the scheduled timeframes. The project was finished within the projected budget, and with the change orders kept to under 2.5%.
