JINGOLI provided construction management services of the new 35,000 SF, two-story headquarters consisted of the following: executive and administrative offices, lobby and reception area, workstations, training rooms, conference rooms, break rooms, IT/server facilities, and gathering spaces. Work included site improvements for public and private parking lots, site wide lighting, emergency power, and landscaping.
The outdoor eating areas include benches and open spaces for employees and guests to enjoy a meal. Solar is installed on the building to be a carbon reducing impact for the environment and local community.
The project also consisted of the preservation of a nearby 1799 House Trailhead now opened for public use. The work included selective demolition of interior and exterior elements, replacement of windows, removal of existing wood-floor framing, structural elements, and more to be converted into a rest area along the Delaware Canal Path.
