D.R.E.A.M. PARK

D.R.E.A.M. Park, Delaware River Equine, Agricultural, Marine Park is a multi-component development project located on the Delaware River, a former dredge spoils site.

The site’s proposed uses consist of a Multi-Purpose Agricultural and Exposition Facility, Marina, Demonstration Farm, and dedicated Public Park Lands.

JINGOLI worked closely with the Gloucester County Improvement Authority as the overall development manager of this project. JINGOLI’s responsibilities included supervision of land acquisition, wetlands delineation, environmental assessment, remediation, infrastructure, and utilities coordination and procurement.
