In early 2001 DEVCOR was named the Master Redeveloper for the South Amboy Waterfront.
This project is an exciting mixed-use, urban redevelopment that will be anchored by the Intermodal Transportation Center. The I.T.C. will transport thousands of people in and out of South Amboy everyday.
I.T.C. improvements will include a new ferry terminal with boarding facility. Upgrades to South Amboy’s NJT Station will include an expanded platform and structured parking.
