This new long term care facility is located at 1180 Marlboro Road. Jingoli was the construction manager for the four-story, 105,000 S.F. structure on a 12 acre site, which includes 180 beds, long-term and sub-acute care, full kitchen and dining facilities, the latest technology for nursing supervision and care, with designated spaces designed to meet the needs of residents requiring Alzheimer’s and dementia services.
Designed and constructed as a Gold-standard of LEED building and provides a high level of thermal system control in each room and most recent technology for increased efficiency.
