This project will develop a district energy facility for Echelon Las Vegas, that will provide hot water, chilled water, emergency power generation and main power distribution. This project will include financing / design / build / own / operate for a period of 25 years.
Echelon is a mixed use resort built on 87 acres on the Las Vegas Strip.
Amenities will include:
- 5 Hotels with over 5,000 Guestrooms and Suites
- 140,000 SF Full Service Casino
- Over 30 Restaurants, Cafes, Bars, Lounges and Nightclubs
- 4,000 Seat Theatre
- 1,500 Seat Theatre
- 750,000 SF of Meeting & Convention Space
- 300,000 SF of Retail Promenade
- Approximately 9,000 Parking Spaces
- Over 5 Acres of Outdoor Pools & Gardens
