| Pre-construction services for and construction of a new 3 story clinical facility. Services provided will include gynecological, obstetric and pediatric care as well as internal medicine and dental services. The design includes 2 floors of clinical space, one floor of administrative offices and a central two story public gallery. The exterior is an imposing facade of aluminum panels and soaring curtainwall.
Sitework includes paved parking, landscaping, lights and fencing in accordance with the City of Camden streetscape designs. The project will provide an inviting medical facility to serve Camden's low-income population and provide space for community activities and presentations.
