This 305,00 square foot facility was a joint venture of Joseph Jingoli & Son, Inc. and Torcon, Inc. as construction managers at risk under a GMP contractual relationship with ETS. Constructed on a sloping 16 acre site at a construction cost slightly in excess of $25,000,000, this precast and glass structure includes a 151,000 square foot, high-bay warehouse; a 58,000 square foot, two-story office wing; and a 96,000 square foot, three-story wing.
The project scope included a full service kitchen / cafeteria and a new worldwide Data Center with a state-of-the-art emergency power generation system. The actual construction duration was just less than eighteen months with substantial completion achieved in the Fall of 1996. |
