The Cicely Tyson Demonstration School for the Performing Arts in East Orange, New Jersey is a school for 1,300 Pre-K to 12th Grade Students. The school is designed on a 12 acre campus in downtown East Orange.
The school campus is an elementary school and a middle / high school.
The school centers around two auditoriums, an 800-seat Performing Arts Theater with lighting, sound, and rigging equipment, and a 400-seat Auditorium.
This project is part of the revitalization of the City of East Orange Lower Main Street Redevelopment Program Plan area.
