The Bucks County Parking Garage is a 390,000 SF, four-story precast structure featuring 1200 parking spaces, three elevators, and provisions for both onsite and remote security monitoring. Total construction cost for this project is $22.7 Million.
The exterior facade is complimented with an elaborate landscape design including various plantings, trees, brick planters, sidewalk paver panels and decorative light posts which capture the architecture of the surrounding Doylestown Borough.
This resulted in a key design feature consisting of 3300 square feet of open area way grating surrounding the building perimeter at grade level. This allows for proper ventilating and provides a significant amount of natural light to the floors below.
The buildings infrastructure includes a network of emergency call stations and security cameras which meet both the current and future safety and security needs of the Owner.
This project was completed on schedule and under budget.
