This project will include preconstruction and future construction of a
new 1,172 SF space, 388,000 SF parking facility. Construction of the
facility will consist of a 4-level pre-cast concrete structure and all
related site work, including several thousand feet of off-site storm
sewer and retention basin work.
Upon completion of the parking garage, the County proposes to
build a New Judicial Center consisting of 4 levels and approximately
285,000 SF. JJS is currently managing the initial space planning,
conceptual design process, and traffic and impact studies.
